Job Description
Roxton Media / ED_PARA, a leader in the higher ed content production space, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Admin Assistant & Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining production calendars, communicating and scheduling crew members, and generally overseeing the production of video projects from client inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the company’s calendars
- Manage overall project flow in our project management system (Asana) and assign tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management, as needed

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with the Google Suite (Cal, Drive, Gmail) and project management software such as Asana
- Strong administrative skills and experience
